Unforgettable Stay with Amazing Amenities
We had a fantastic time unwinding in the hot tub after long days of exploring. The comfort of our Queen Suite made us feel right at home. Don't miss the local restaurants recommended by our host—they truly enhanced our experience. Free parking was a significant bonus!

We were just a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts at Keystone Ski Resort and enjoyed hitting the slopes. The place is budget-friendly, and we loved the fireplace in the lobby after a long day. Perfect for a ski trip with friends and super close to Arapahoe Basin Ski Area too! Would definitely stay again.
Had a bit of a hassle trying to check in since the staff was tough to find. It took longer than expected, which was annoying. But overall, not a deal-breaker for us.

Severe weather prevented my family from reaching the hotel, and the management's lack of compassion was evident when they dismissed our situation entirely. We received no offer for a refund or future stay, leaving us feeling cheated. It’s concerning that guests may unknowingly book under potentially risky weather conditions without any safety net from the management.

Great for budget travelers looking for basic stay
The staff were friendly and really helpful which is refreshing in places like this. The hot tub was nice and clean, a good way to unwind after a long day.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but it was acceptable for what I got.

Five-minute walk to the ski lifts. Cozy ambiance, rustic charm with log walls. Check-in was a hassle. hard to find staff.

No nonsense – just the truth
This place is great if you’re looking for a basic spot near the ski lifts, but don’t expect much more. The rooms smelled smoky, had stained sheets, and the unresponsive staff made check-in a hassle. For the price, it falls short. Better off parking at the mountain and avoiding this joint.

I loved kicking back in the hot tub after skiing and the cozy fireplace made for some nice downtime. It was a joy to soak in the sauna and unwind, even if the decor felt a bit dated. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty, but it didn't spoil the fun! 😄

I really liked the rustic charm of 3 Peaks Lodge. The cozy log walls made the space feel inviting. I appreciated the comfortable room with ample hot water for showers. Breakfast included fresh fruit, which was nice but the coffee was disappointing. it tasted burnt. The lodge needs better coffee options for skiers needing a good caffeine boost. One downside was the lack of recycling bins. that could improve the overall experience. The ambiance was warm and made me feel at home, but improvements in the breakfast area and a coffee upgrade would definitely enhance future stays.
