We were just a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts at Keystone Ski Resort and enjoyed hitting the slopes. The place is budget-friendly, and we loved the fireplace in the lobby after a long day. Perfect for a ski trip with friends and super close to Arapahoe Basin Ski Area too! Would definitely stay again.

Had a bit of a hassle trying to check in since the staff was tough to find. It took longer than expected, which was annoying. But overall, not a deal-breaker for us.

We received no offer for a refund or future stay, leaving us feeling cheated. One downside was the lack of recycling bins. that could improve the overall experience. The ambiance was warm and made me feel at home, but improvements in the breakfast area and a coffee upgrade would definitely enhance future stays.
